Vivian Yip

Vivian Yip is a real estate entrepreneur, mid-term rental strategist, and former Apple Operations Program Manager. After nearly seven years coordinating iPhone launches, she brought her expertise in supply chains and operational systems into real estate, combining efficient processes with a strong focus on hospitality.

She is the founder of CRU Homes, a network of more than 1,000 properties serving corporate clients and families displaced from their homes, and co-founder of Hestia360, a furnished rental property management company. Her work focuses on helping property owners build more predictable rental businesses while delivering comfortable, reliable stays for guests.

Vivian is also the author of The Frictionless MTR System and host of The Mid Term Rental Movement podcast. Through speaking, education, and coaching, she shares practical strategies for mid-term rental operations, automation, and sustainable growth.
