Stephanie Chai

Stephanie Chai is a Singapore-based entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of The Luxe Nomad, one of the leading luxury villa booking and management companies in the Asia-Pacific region. Originally launched in 2012 as a flash-sale travel site, she transformed the business into a curated platform and full-service villa manager with more than 1,400 rooms in destinations like Bali, Koh Samui and Niseko. Her company has grown from a small startup into a multimillion-dollar hospitality brand known for exceptional guest experiences and bespoke luxury stays.

Chai’s path into hospitality began after graduating in finance and international business from the University of Auckland and a stint as a model and TV personality. She has earned recognition for her entrepreneurial leadership, including the 2018 Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in Singapore, and continues to advocate for creative, technology-driven approaches to luxury travel.
