Quirin Schwaighofer

Quirin Schwaighofer is a German-born entrepreneur and Co-CEO and Co-Founder of MadeComfy, the Australian accommodation innovator helping real estate professionals scale in the short-term rental market. Since founding the company in 2015, he has grown MadeComfy into one of the most recognized brands in its category, combining technology, operational excellence, and a trusted consumer brand.

In 2025, MadeComfy was acquired by global hospitality platform OYO, marking one of Australia’s largest short-term rental industry exits. Previously, Quirin co-founded HiKey Resources and held leadership roles across mining, hospitality, and large-scale operations. He has raised more than $20 million in growth capital and holds an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering.
