Julie Brinkmann

Julie Brinkman is the CEO of Beyond, a leading revenue management platform for short-term rental property managers and owners. In her role, she leads a global team focused on helping hospitality operators grow revenue, improve pricing decisions, and run stronger, more profitable businesses through technology, data, and customer-focused service.

Before becoming CEO, Julie joined Beyond as Chief Operating Officer in early 2020 and played a key role in guiding the company through the uncertainty of the COVID pandemic. Her leadership helped strengthen Beyond’s operations during a defining moment for the travel and short-term rental industry.

Prior to Beyond, Julie built extensive experience across technology, consulting, and high-growth companies. She held leadership roles at Hireology and Groupon and spent ten years as a consultant at Deloitte, where she developed a strong foundation in strategy, operations, and organizational growth.

Today, Julie is recognized as a thoughtful leader in the vacation rental and hospitality technology space. Her work focuses on the future of revenue management, the role of AI and automation in property management, and the importance of helping operators scale with better systems, stronger teams, and smarter business decisions.
