Jaja Jackson

Jaja Jackson is a Senior Vice President in the Real Assets/Direct Real Estate Investment group at ICONIQ Capital, a global investment firm headquartered in San Francisco. In his role, Jaja focuses on evaluating and executing real estate strategies that blend operational excellence with long-term investment performance, particularly in hospitality-related and flexible living sectors.

Prior to ICONIQ, he spent several years at Airbnb leading multifamily real estate strategy, partnerships, and partner success, where he helped bridge traditional multifamily housing with innovative home-sharing and flexible living models. Before that, he served for over a decade as President of Property Management at Emerald Fund Inc., a multifamily real estate company based in San Francisco.

Jaja holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. His career spans investments, property management, and strategic partnerships across the real estate and hospitality landscape.
