Harold Lubberdink is the Founder and CEO of Happy.Rentals (formerly Happy Holiday Homes), an international property management and holiday rental company originally started on Lake Como. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into a major European short-term rental business with dozens of local offices across several countries, offering full property management services for homeowners and guests. Lubberdink’s vision stems from his own experience as a holiday homeowner, driving his focus on helping owners manage and rent their properties professionally.
