Under his leadership, Arbio has grown rapidly across Germany and Austria, managing over 1,500 units while building a fully integrated AI operating system that replaces traditional hospitality tech stacks.

He oversees product, technology, and M&A, focusing on creating scalable, automated solutions that transform how short-term rental businesses operate. Before founding Arbio, Constantin worked in venture capital as an investment analyst, where he developed a strong foundation in scaling high-growth, technology-driven companies.
